Doing business with NAUTIMAS means doing business according to the FENEX conditions.
The latest edition of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX), are applicable to all activities of NAUTIMAS, including the arbitration clause as filed by FENEX, at the District Court of Rotterdam.

In addition our chartering activities are subject to the general conditions and rules for Dutch shipbrokers and agents, latest version, filed at the District Court of Rotterdam.
